Hasan Tayem is a Jordanian blind human rights advocate, competitive athlete, and entrepreneur based in Padova, Italy. He has spent over a decade working at the intersection of disability rights, accessible technology, and grassroots community development, moving between conference halls, start-up offices, and marathon courses with equal commitment.
He is the founder and chief executive of All Access World, the first dedicated global marketplace for assistive technology, a Platform that will serve people with disabilities all over the world. Before founding the company, he worked with UNICEF Jordan on youth inclusion and diversity, advised assistive technology companies across the Middle East and Europe, and contributed to international dialogues on trafficking in persons at the OSCE.
As a blind runner, he has competed in more than one hundred long-distance races across four continents, earning dual medals at the East Asian Paralympic Games. He is currently training for the LA 2028 Paralympic Games in the 1,500 metres event.
He studies a Master of Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance from the University of Padova and speaks Arabic, English, and Italian.
His speaking style is direct, warm, and grounded in personal narrative. He does not deliver lectures. He tells stories that make people feel something, and then he shows them what to do about it.
I have learned that we rise not when things are easy, but when we keep going anyway.
